Cactus Shadows High School
Cactus Shadows High School is a public high school located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is part of the Cave Creek Unified School District. Opened in 1982, the school serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is known for its academic excellence and diverse program offerings. Cactus Shadows offers a range of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, an International Baccalaureate (IB) program, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways to prepare students for college and career paths. The school’s athletic teams, called the Falcons, compete in a variety of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, and track. In addition to athletics, Cactus Shadows has robust arts programs, clubs, and activities that engage students in music, theater, visual arts, and leadership opportunities. Located in the northern part of Scottsdale, Cactus Shadows High School provides a supportive environment focused on academic achievement and personal growth.
