Boulder Mountain Estates is an elite gated community with a dozen and a half home sites. The community is perfectly situated between Troon Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Range for some of the most spectacular views in the area. Equally as impressive as the views is the serenity found in what feels like a very remote community. However, this neighborhood is fortunate to offer exceptional public schools, including Desert Sun Academy, Sonoran Trails Middle School, and Cactus Shadow High School, all in the Cave Creek Unified School District.

The houses in Boulder Mountain Estates date back as far as the mid-2010s in some cases, while other homes have been completed more recently. These substantial houses range in size from just over 3,700 to nearly 5,000 square feet and feature four or five bedrooms in most cases. Four to seven full bathrooms are also common among these larger family-oriented houses. With lots reaching over an acre in most cases, the properties offer plenty of space for extended patios, swimming pools, formal turf spaces, and outdoor living areas for cooking and dining. Taking advantage of the fantastic views is a huge perk for homes in the community.

A few homes come in at just over the $1M price point, while the average is closer to $2.5M. A few properties are also in the $3M to $4M range. Association fees of less than $200 per month are used for the care of the common community areas and to maintain gated access to the neighborhood.
