WOW Luxury Properties Demolishing, Constructing $29 Million Paradise Valley Home
By Staff | February 5, 2024
On Wednesday, February 7th at 10:00 a.m., demolition begins in Paradise Valley to make way for a $29 Million estate at 6418 E. Joshua Tree. Developer David Hersh, who is the founder of WOW Luxury Properties and HERSH24K is working in conjunction with Cullum Homes and Desert Foothills Landscaping to demo the site that will soon be the “Mountain Magic Estate.”
“We saw a property that was not properly utilizing the incredible assets it had and by working with Cullum Homes, Desert Foothills Landscaping, engineers and the Town of Paradise Valley we now have the blueprints for what will be an incredible positioned estate with two stories of front to back and incredible views designed to wow you from every angle,” said Hersh.
Named after its prime location in Mummy Mountain and facing the majestic Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, once completed Mountain Magic will offer a spectacular 11,300-square-foot estate overlooking the new Ritz Carlton Resort on just over an acre of land with an innovative 120-foot water wall, roof-top pickle ball courts and other high-end amenities.
Construction will then begin promptly on the property with a planned completion date of late 2025. As of current inventory checks there were six homes in Paradise Valley priced over 20 million, making this home on Joshua Tree the seventh.
“This beautiful home embodies modern opulence and offers a profound connection to the surrounding natural beauty,” said Lindsay Cullum-Colwell, principal at Cullum Homes. “Mountain Magic is the culmination of a shared vision to create a living experience that surpasses all expectations. We can’t wait to unveil this masterpiece with a one-of-a-kind residential waterfall which is sure to amaze many prospective buyers.”
The sprawling multi-level estate provides the ultimate canvas for a life of luxury and comfort. Two oversized separate garages will offer convenience and space for automobile enthusiasts. The glass elevator will seamlessly connect the two levels, providing its guests and residents with an elegant and convenient way to traverse across the home.
Continuing the home’s ultra-modern design, the large 7-bedroom and 7-bathroom estate will ensure that every guest enjoys the utmost privacy and comfort.
Experience a world of entertainment and opulence with amenities that include a golf simulator, a fire pole, a tilt-up window wet bar that seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor living spaces, a wine cellar, and a built-in juice bar.
The second story of this exquisite estate also houses a conference room with awe-inspiring views of Camelback and Mummy Mountain, making it the perfect backdrop for both work and relaxation.
Outdoor amenities are endless at the Magic Mountain Estate where one will find three pools and a cozy firepit, offering more opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Venturing up to the rooftop, will find pickleball courts with an exquisite view of Paradise Valley, perfect for an athletic lifestyle.
The crowning jewel of Mountain Magic will be the 120-foot-wide water wall that is 23-feet high and gracefully nestled against the majestic Mummy Mountain, reminiscent of the iconic Aria water wall currently on display in Las Vegas. This artistic touch adds a unique sense of wonder to the property.
Desert Foothills Landscape has designed the water wall, river pool and will re-configure the new landscaping and driveway plan for the home.
“Between this one-of-a-kind water wall, the breathtaking views of Paradise Valley, the lights and the iconic Camelback Mountain, and architectural design of the home and property, we will be providing the home’s new resident with a constant visual feast of natural beauty,” said Jake Plocher, VP & Lead Designer of Desert Foothills Landscape.
This architectural masterpiece is the result of the collective commitment of Developer David Hersh, Wow Luxury Properties, HERSH24K, Desert Foothills Landscape, and Cullum Homes and will re-define the essence of luxury living.
Hersh is also developing two other spectacular estates in Paradise Valley. The homes vary in size and price from $1 7million to $75 million and both are in various stages of development. Learn more about these properties, along with the Magic Mountain Estate at www.WowLuxuryProperties.com.
