The Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort Debut as Part of $24M Resort-Wide Renovation

The first phase of the $24 million resort-wide renovation for Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas was recenty completed—and it includes a redesign of its two-bedroom premium Villas.

The Accommodations

The Villas feature a private entrance from the main resort, reserved parking, and a secluded outdoor patio. Inside, find a comfortable living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom provides two queen beds, both with private bathrooms. Each villa can accommodate up to eight guests.

The Villas are arranged in clusters of five, allowing families and friends to experience individual privacy while staying connected. Private access to the newly renovated Villas pool area, complete with a cozy fire pit, grab-n-go market, and bar is also included.

Exclusive Amenities

Exclusive amenities available for The Villas guests include pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, poolside s’mores gatherings, wine and whiskey tastings, curated bachelor(ette) activities, and complimentary bikes to explore the destination.

The Renovations

This unveiling marks the latest enhancement to the Hilton Scottsdale Resort. There have been recent upgrades to the guest rooms, Oasis Bar & Grille, outdoor spaces, fitness center, and landscape as part of the multi-phase, multi-year renovation.

Designed by EllisAdams Design, The Villas exude a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape, reflecting the essence of Southwest architectural design. The color palette is drawn from the desert’s sandy tones and accented with pops of native greenery. Natural stones, warm woods, and soft fabrics complement the calming neutrals.

The introductory starting rate for The Villas at Hilton Scottsdale Resort is $749++/night in peak season.

The Next Phase

The second and final phase of The Villas renovation project will include 20 additional premium, two-bedroom Villas. They will be completed in fall 2025, making a total of 45 villas. There will also be further enhancements throughout the resort later this year.
