The internationally renowned company will be leaving their Scottsdale studio to perform this holiday classic in downtown Phoenix from Dec 8th - 23rd

Did you know the Phoenix Ballet actually rehearses in Scottsdale year-round? The internationally renowned troop of dancers, led by Artistic Director Slawomir Woźniak (former Principle Dancer of Teatr Wielki in Łόdź and The National Opera in Warsaw), will be leaving the rehearsal studio behind from December 8 – 23, 2023 to perform Wozniak’s acclaimed Nutcracker at the historic Orpheum Theatre in downtown Phoenix.

As one of the most iconic ballets and holiday productions, Phoenix Ballet’s The Nutcracker not only showcases internationally award-winning students from their Master Ballet Academy, but also a unique style and technical excellence that brings the ballet’s rich tradition and story to life.

Tchaikovsky’s melodic score accompanies dancers in stunning costumes, beautiful sets and breathtaking scenes which include a live on-stage snowfall, mischievous mice, a handsome Nutcracker and of the course the Sugar Plum Fairy and her dashing cavalier.
