New Tenants Choose Scottsdale 101, Sonora Village, and Pima Crossing Centers

Scottsdale 101, Sonora Village, and Pima Crossing have all welcomed new tenants, from restaurants to retail destinations.
Here’s who has moved in:
Openings at Scottsdale 101:
- Center Court Pickleball Club, opening its third location in the Valley this November, offers a premier, members-only, industry-leading indoor facility that allows patrons to get to their game faster, connect with like-skilled players and be part of a thriving Pickleball community.
- Kodo Sushi Restaurant, now open, offers popular modern dining with a Japanese menu highlighted by unique sushi & sashimi options.

Openings at Sonora Village:
- Airpark Bike Co., which is expected to open in late November, is a bike retailer with a large selection of mountain, road and electric bikes, plus accessories and repairs.
- Paradise Valley Burger Company, now open, believes in serving high-quality, made-to-order burgers. Paradise Valley Burger is a popular staple amongst Phoenix locals and has garnered national attention after being featured on Diner’s, Drive-In’s and Drive’s and Man VS Food.

Openings at Pima Crossing:
- Ascension Skin, now open, is a luxurious med spa that offers a wide range of cutting-edge treatments. Sydney, the owner, is a licensed medical aesthetician and laser technician in the state of Arizona. Some services include hydro-facials, dermaplanes, lip blush tattoo permanent make-up, laser hair reduction and laser treatments for vascular lesions.
- BeStitched Needlepoint, now open, started from the passion and energy of Lisa Kessler. Offering years of experience in state-of-the-art stitching, she opened a first-class Scottsdale Arizona needlepoint store that not only brings the “bling” factor to needlepoint but creates a stress-free atmosphere that brings together new friendships, lasting memories and creative minds.
