A new "Scottchella" experience is coming to Scottsdale for the summer of 2024. The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch debuted the festival-inspired event this month, which runs through September 2, 2024.

Scottchella, which is held at the resort's pool, features activities, poolside food curated by celebrity chef Richard Blais, Instagram-worthy decor, and more. Activations with beverage brands, including Bacardi, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Cointreau, and Taittinger Champagne, will be part of the lineup.

“We are thrilled to debut the ‘Scottchella’ experience just in time for the summer travel season,” says Vincent de Croock, director of sales and marketing at the resort. “We welcome our guests to take part in a fun-filled summer at our newly-renovated pools, complete with delicious food, fun activities, poolside activations with popular beverage brands, and special offers to help guests make the most of their visit.”

Blais (co-star of Fox's cooking competition Next Level Chef, along with Gorden Ramsay) curated the menuoptions at the newly renovated poolside restaurants at the resort. The H2Oasis restaurant is located in the adults-only section of the pool and features island-inspired tacos highlighting global flavors from the South Pacific, Polynesia, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. Sandbar is located in the family-friendly pool area and showcases popular American cuisine with gourmet burgers, fresh seasoned fries, crispy chicken tenders, and more. Both restaurants feature a menu of refreshing frozen cocktails and mocktails ranging from an Island Oasis Daquiri to a Froze-Guava. Select the “Vacation Mode Upgrade” for your frozen cocktail to be served in a fresh pineapple.

For those who want to turn the experience into a stay, there are several special booking packages, including one which includes a complimentary cabana.
