There’s a new elevated nightlife spot joining Scottsdale’s social scene. This weekend, CATCH Scottsdale debuted The Emerald Lounge, a refined late-night lounge concept within the restaurant’s private dining space. It is open only on Fridays and Saturdays, from 8 p.m. until late.
The Vibe
The Emerald Lounge transforms the existing private dining room into a relaxed, cocktail-forward environment.
Relax on lush green benches that replace the outer dining chairs at banquettes, converting them into lounge-style booths that soften the formal dining-room feel. Two central tables anchor the space, each surrounded by plush club chairs.
The result is a cozy and welcoming space, ideal for conversations, shared dishes, and late-night adventures.
Upscale Eats
The lounge features a specially curated menu, with items including the Golden Osetra Caviar Service and signature sushi selections from Tokyo’s renowned Toyosu Market, such as the Madai Crudo, Tuna Tartare, Baked King Crab Hand Roll, and special Emerald Nigiri Flight showcasing Albacore, Bluefin Otoro, King Salmon Belly, and Golden A5 Wagyu with Kaluga caviar. There’s also an off-menu Japanese Wagyu Sando featuring A5 Miyazaki beef and chili katsu.
In all, The Emerald Lounge blends CATCH’s globally influenced cuisine with a moody, lounge-forward setting—making it a compelling late-night or after-dinner destination.
