In addition to being known for its popular modern Mexican fare, Salt and Lime Modern Mexican Grill is also known for its over-the-top holiday concept Feliz Navidad Cantina. This year, the destination is bringing Christmas to the hot desert with a special holiday-inspired cocktail menu.
The Christmas in July cocktails, which are available through the end of the month, include:
- White Christmas Martini: Vanilla vodka, white chocolate, crème de cacao, half-and-half
- Poinsettia Pomegranate Martini: Gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup
- Mistletoe Martini: Vodka, elderflower, cranberry juice, simple syrup
- Naughty But Nice: Rye whiskey, orange juice, ginger syrup, cranberry juice, club soda
- Winterberry: Mandarin vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, elderflower, agave, ginger beer
- Peppermint White Russian: Vodka, Kahlua, peppermint schnapps, half-and-half
- Grinch Margarita: Tequila, apple schnapps, Midori, agave, lime juice with watermelon Chamoy rim
- Santa-Rita: Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, ginger syrup, la Pinta
- The Grinch: Rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, blue curacao, Sprite
Gifts have not been forgotten, either—the locale is offering a Christmas in July gift card promotion where guests can purchase a $100 gift card (in any increment totaling $100) and receive a bonus $25 gift card.
