As they say at IKEA, “Hej!”
The Promenade shopping center, located at Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Boulevard, is welcoming a number of new destinations—including an IKEA.
The location for IKEA in Scottsdale, which is currently under construction and projected to open in April, will encompass 2,161 square feet and feature their latest planning studio concept. It will offer one-on-one consultation services for kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom design, as well as solutions for small-space living.
Other locations joining the open-air destination include The Wallpaper Co; DXL, a big-and-tall men’s clothing retailer; and Pella Windows, which are all slated to open in late 2025. Waxing studio Sugar Sugar is expanding into a larger, 2, 551-square-foot space when it reopens later this year and the Cox expanssion projet will occupy and additional 3,853 suare feet.

This past November the Jennifer Aniston-backed fitness brand Pvolve studio, which combines functional stength training with resistance equipment, opened, as did fashion retailer J.Crew Factory and sports merchandiser Fan Outfitters. Restaurant Kura Sushi opened on March 22.
Managed by Vestar, the center is now over 98% leased, with over 35,000 square feet dedicated to wellness, home, fashion, and more.
