Holiday Immerseive Pop-Up Experience Ember Lounge Returns With New Show, Nightlife Event

Nestled in the center of Desert Ridge Marketplace—by Copper Blues Desert Ridge and Barnes & Noble—is the new enchanting, immersive holiday pop-up experience Ember Lounge.

Back for its second year, Ember Lounge is located in the 50-foot District Dome, which is decorated as an evergreen forest winter wonderland, complete with unique cozy seating nooks, extensive foliage, and festive decor. It features an all-new, state-of-the-art projection show displaying across the dome’s ceiling and walls, and whimsical craft cocktails and food are available to complete the experience. Time slots are available for 90-minute reservations. This year also debuts the late-night Dome After Dark. Both Ember Lounge and Dome After Dark are for those ages 21-and-over.

THE FOOD

Settle in and order options such as the Fall Harvest Bread Boule, Golden Season Bruschetta Board, Open Fire Meatball Skillet, Cauliflower Edamame Roast, Flame-Seared Wild Shrimp, Mountain Steak Feast, and Smoked Campfire S’mores. The dishes are all crafted by Copper Blues Live.

THE DRINKS

The whimsical signature cocktail options include the Northern Lights, made with Starburst-infused tequila, pear, ginger, lime, and is garnished with galaxy glitter; the Ice Hotel, which blends wild berry vodka, lingonberry, vanilla, and cardamom, served with shaved ice and snowflakes; and the Douglas Fir, which combines pinecone gin, Earl Grey, cucumber, lemon, and rosemary, and is served in a watering can vessel. There are also fun options such as candy cane egg nog.

NEW THIS YEAR: DOME AFTER DARK

This year also adds the exclusive late-night bar experience Dome After Dark on Friday and Saturday evenings, beginning at 10 p.m. Find signature cocktails, a full bar, and music by DJs. Surprise guests will also perform at select times.

Ember Lounge at Desert Ridge is open Wendnesday through Sunday through Jan. 12, 2025, and there is a cover charge of $10- $20 per person for Dome After Dark and $30 per person for Ember Lounge, with food and drinks available for purchase. Tickets are available at districtdome.com.
