Guests Find a Thrilling Blend of Spooky Fun, True Haunted History, and Fun Party Vibes With This New Tour in Downtown Scottsdale

Do you know the thrilling, haunted history of Old Town Scottsdale? One local company is hoping to share it with you in a fun, unique way.
Just in time for Halloween, Arizona Party Bike, a local pedal pub crawl experience, launched the Haunted Pedelar Ghost Tour. The tour takes guests through the streets of Old Town Scottsdale aboard a festively decorated Halloween Party Bike, led by a “Ghost Host” and party captain. Local paranormal history and murder mysteries of the area will be shared, all while guests enjoy chilled beverages and rock out to Halloween hits. The tour also includes a stop at 50 Shades, renowned for its Halloween pop-up.
“The Haunted Pedaler is truly a treat because it comes with your usual Party Bike Captain who brings all the energy, but also an additional trained spooky storyteller,” explains Kevin Collinge, Arizona Party Bike assistant general manager. “These two work in tandem to make sure you’re getting all the laughs and chills throughout the experience. After selecting some beverages from our on-site store, the tour makes three stops around Old Town that are known to have some paranormal history—one of which where you can truly feel the spirits watching you! In the middle of those stops, you take a quick break at 50 Shades to experience their Halloween-themed decor and drinks. The tour ends back at our starting point, unless the spirits of Old Town truly capture our guests, in which they can all choose to get dropped off at a bar instead to keep those vibes going.”
The tours can accommodate up to 13 guests, with 12 pedaling seats and a back bench, and it is offered multiple times a night. It is family-friendly for those ages 13 and over.
“Personally, I love how our staff really brings the Haunted Pedaler to life. This ride requires an additional layer of hospitality, and our Captains do what it takes to make it one our guests will never forget! They wear fun costumes, hand out candy, suggest rocking playlists, play games, they do it all! We truly couldn’t make an experience like this come to life without them,” says Collinge.
