Famed Seafood Restaurant CATCH Coming to Scottsdale

In 2025, CATCH Scottsdale will open at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The globally influenced seafood restaurant currently has locations in New York, L.A., Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami, and Dallas. Other locations are also in the works.

“Scottsdale is the perfect destination for CATCH,” says Tilman Fertitta, partner with Catch Hospitality Group, the group behind the restaurant. “We’re excited to share our brand of elevated energy with a sophisticated menu that is a must-experience. We look forward to introducing our award-winning approach to dining and hospitality to the community.”

Slated to open in early 2025, CATCH will be located on the ground floor of Fashion Square, with valet parking and street access to Camelback Road, and alongside premium retail neighbors including Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, and Bottega Veneta. The restaurant will span approximately 11,800 square feet.

The menu will include modern renditions of classic dishes, including seafood, sushi, and steak. The menu at CATCH Scottsdale will offer many of the quintessential CATCH items the brand has become known for, including:

• Catch Roll with Crab, Salmon, Miso-Honey
• Truffle Sashimi with Tuna, Hamachi, Chili Ponzu, Black Truffle Purée
• Crispy Shrimp with Spicy Mayo, Tobiko
• Crunchy Rice Cakes with Tuna Tartare, Wasabi Tobiko
• Lobster Macaroni with Maine Lobster, Lobster Cream, Breadcrumbs, Grated Parmesan
• Mushroom Spaghetti with Wild Mushrooms, Snow Peas, Tomato, Parmesan

CATCH Classics are served alongside locally influenced menu offerings for a la carte service, as well as private and semi-private events.
