Before the decorations come down, sip, snack, and snap your way through these nine limited-time holiday pop-ups in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe, each offering its own merry twist on food, drinks, and festive fun.
Salt + Lime Modern Mexican Grill’s Feliz Navidad Cantina
For the fifth year, Salt + Lime Modern Mexican Grill brings back its Feliz Navidad Cantina to its Scottsdale location. The famous pop-up transforms the restaurant with extravagant holiday decorations—and even features appearances by The Grinch himself.
Catch holiday movies on the TVs throughout the pop-up, and a holiday menu features several well-loved dishes and drinks from Salt + Lime, each enhanced with a festive touch and topped with seasonal ingredients.
Through the end of the month, Salt + Lime also continues its Chips for Charity program, donating part of the proceeds from $5 unlimited chips and salsa to the Maag Toy Foundation, which supports children in need in Arizona through toy drives, golf events, and softball tournaments.
Reservations for the 90-minute holiday pop-up experience can be made over the phone at 480.661.5463 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festive decorations remain through the end of January 2026.

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia’s Blitzen’s at Oasis Bar
Blitzen’s Bar returns through Jan. 11, transforming Oasis Bar into a glittering, tinsel-trimmed winter wonderland where you can cozy up with seasonal cocktails and snack pairings, surrounded by string lights and holiday cheer. Order the Sleigh Ride (Grey Goose vodka, Italicus bergamot, cranberry, lime, and soda water) or Naughty or Spice (Old Forester 86 bourbon, Lustau Palo Cortado sherry, liquid alchemist pumpkin, lemon, and angostura bitters) and settle in Thursday through Saturday evenings from 4–8 p.m. Open through Jan. 2, 2026.

The Phoenician Chalet Featuring Veuve Clicquot
At The Phoenician, step inside two holiday pop-up yurts. Each features a different seasonal experience. The Veuve Clicquot Yurt is inspired by the iconic Veuve Clicquot champagne house and features Veuve Clicquot champagne and a paired gourmet menu. In the Phoenician Yurt, relax in cozy seating surrounded by frosted decor, twinkling lights, and elegant touches of silver. A menu featuring Veuve Clicquot paired with gourmet cuisine is available.
Just outside, a teepee frame draped in holiday lights and centered around a glowing fire table creates the perfect setting for stargazing, outdoor games, and soaking in sweeping Valley views. There is also music from a live soloist.

Royale Kitchen + Cocktails’ Frosty Flamingo
Royale Kitchen + Cocktails transformed its Flamingo Room patio into a full holiday pop-up called the Frosty Flamingo that evokes a Palm Springs–inspired pink Christmas vibe, complete with floor-to-ceiling decor, more than 3,000 sparkling lights, and playful flamingo-themed photo ops that blend tropical whimsy with holiday nostalgia. Special holiday cocktails include the Ginger Jingle Mule and Merry Mimosa.
The pop-op is available through Jan. 15.

Santa’s Love Shack at Sunny’s Lounge
This festive, over-the-top holiday cocktail takeover at cocktail lounge Sunny’s Lounge is packed with playful decor, nostalgic touches, and a lineup of creative seasonal drinks. There’s everything from the Poquito Coquito (a Puerto Rican-inspired cocktail blends creamy coconut, sweet spices, and rum for a festive twist on eggnog) to the C is for Cocoa (a decadent blend of Hennessy VS, Fernet Menta, chocolate malt vodka, hazelnut orgeat, falernum, and PX sherry, topped with mint whip and holiday sprinkles). Trophy Room
Trophy Room was transformed into a whimsical, dreamlike gingerbread world. Inspired by the bears’ enchanted slumber in The Story of Gingerbread Dreams, the cocktail parlor is now a candy-coated wonderland filled with oversized gumdrops, cookie walls, and sugar-spun details.

50 Shades of Rosé’s 50ville
The Grinch is here—and he’s at this pop-up in Scottsdale. The Dr. Suess-inspired theme is displayed through the oversized decor, as well as Instagram-worthy holiday cocktails, at this lively spot. Open through Dec. 28.

Carry On
Carry On Airlines changes course for a limited-time journey to the North Pole. The aviation-themed cocktail theater reimagines its signature flight experience with new airline uniforms, pilot announcements, themed graphics, and an entirely refreshed cocktail list inspired by the season. You’ll enjoy a welcome cocktail, house-made peanuts, a Christmas tamale, and milk & cookies. There’s also an all-new Captain’s Club experience, which includes everything a normal ticket would include, plus three craft cocktails and festive light bites. Through Dec. 24.
