Diversified Partners Facilitates the Sale of Daisy Mountain Plaza for $4.5 Million in just 45 Days
By Michelle Glicksman | November 10, 2022
Diversified Partners, the leading Scottsdale real estate brokerage and development company, announced today that it has facilitated the sale of Daisy Mountain Plaza, a 5,138-square-foot retail space home to Starbucks and DECA Dental.
The plaza, located on 1.62 acres at 39422 N. Daisy Mountain Drive, Anthem, Ariz., sold for $4.5 million to an all-cash buyer at an aggressive 4.6 cap rate. A cap rate is calculated by net operating income divided by the sales price of the asset. It shows the potential rate of return on a real estate investment.
The sale, which closed on Oct. 20, sold in just 45 days. Emma Barreca and Marti Weinstein represented Diversified Partners.
“In a climate of rising interest rates and cap rates, it’s important to work with a team that can get the job done. We pride ourselves on setting records, pushing value and surpassing our client goals,” said Weinstein.
Experts in the industry, Diversified Partners, provides comprehensive services in the areas of asset management, landlord or tenant representation, construction management, property management, investment management, consulting and brokerage.
