Cullum Homes recently announced it has sold all the homes in two of its communities, marking a major milestone for the Scottsdale-based custom homebuilder as it celebrates 40 years in the industry.
The Village at Mountain Shadows, a guard-gated, award-winning, 40-home community adjacent to Mountain Shadows Resort with breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain, and Paradise Reserve, a gated and guarded 46-home community bordering Phoenix Mountain Preserve and offering easy access to high-end shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities, have completely sold out. They join The Village at Silverleaf, another sold-out community in Cullum Homes’ growing list of fully complete luxury developments.
While homes are no longer available in Paradise Reserve or Village at Mountain Shadows, Cullum Homes still has luxury residences for sale in the Valley. Current available homes include 13 homes at Scottsdale’s The Village at Seven Desert Mountain, 19 residences at Ascent at The Phoenician®, and two remaining residences at Ironwood Golf Villas.
In addition to these homes in its luxury neighborhoods, Cullum Homes also has several custom estate homes in various stages of design and construction outside of these communities.
Cullum Homes launched in 1985 and is a second-generation, family-owned integrated design and construction firm that specializes in custom luxury homes spanning Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Carefree, among other areas.
