Lauded sushi restaurant Uchi, which was created by chef Tyson Cole and is known for its innovative take on sushi and signature dishes, is now offering highly curated and to-go sushi boxes.
The carefully curated boxes come in three tiers—the Ichi, a selection of Uchi classics including nigiri, maki, and crudo; Ni, which includes six varieties of fish with sides; and San, an elevated experience with two caviar sets.
Ichi (tier 1; $95) includes 12 pieces of nigiri, makimono, and Hama chili. Ni (tier 2; $195) includes everything from the Ichi box, as well as a chef’s selection of six varieties of fish served sashimi-style over rice. San (tier 3; $295) includes the offerings from the Ichi and Ni boxes, as well as Kuluga caviar and smoked trout roe, potato chips and creme fraiche. Two Mother of Pearl spoons are also included.
For those who prefer dine-in, Uchi is open daily at 4 p.m., with a daily happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m.
