Attorney Gary Lento recently joined Radix Law, which is the first multi-lawyer, full-service ABS law firm in the United States. Lento, who joins as the firm’s newest partner, focuses his practice on business, civil and commercial litigation. He has a broad range of legal experience and over 30 years of practice. Lento began his career in Wisconsin as an assistant district attorney before moving on to a successful civil, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury practice.

Lento previously practiced at a large Central California firm. focusing on complex civil litigation in cases involving brand management and protection, breach of contract, class action, construction, employment, discrimination, professional negligence defense, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. He represented businesses and employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Rights Division of the Department of Workforce Development, and the EEOC. Lento also served as outside general counsel to businesses of all sizes, providing advice, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation services, and regulatory guidance. While in California, he served as president of the local bar association’s Construction Law section and as a board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs.
After moving to Arizona, Lento worked for private firms handling complex civil cases before being asked to leave private practice and serve as special litigation counsel in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, defending state agencies in class action lawsuits. He also served as special counsel in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, defending Arizona agencies in administration and legal matters, as well as providing legal advice on a broad range of cases and issues, including class action litigation, appeals, legislation, policy, and procedures.
Lento has written on construction law matters and was a speaker at a National Academy of Forensic Engineers conference on the effective collaboration between attorneys and expert witnesses.

Lento is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts; the United States District Court, District of Arizona; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; the United States District Courts of California for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts; the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
He earned his B.A. in politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C, and his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.
A sports fan, Lento played semi-professional football for the Racine Raiders in Wisconsin, playing in four national championships and winning two of them.
