The Arizona wine industry is booming, and now at 164 wineries strong, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs recently proclaimed March 2026 as “Arizona Wine Month.” Not only are there some amazing local wine bars to visit (see list below), there are also a variety of wine festivals happening around the state to celebrate.
Take your pick and cheers the month away with the below options:
February 28-March 1: The Oro Valley Fine Art & Wine Festival
The two-day festival, taking place at the James D. Kreigh Park in Oro Valley, AZ, will feature 20 Arizona wineries, 100 artists from around the world, live music, local food trucks and a variety of other local artisans to celebrate. Set against the picturesque foothills of the Catalina Mountains, attendees will get a chance to stroll through the scenic grounds while enjoying curated works of art and tasting award-winning wines.
The event is FREE to attend and wine tasting (taking place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day) ranges from $20 – $45/person and includes a commemorative wine glass and tasting tickets. Taking place at the bustling High Street in North Phoenix from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 – Sunday, March 8, 2026, attendees will get the chance to stroll past the shops while tasting wines from 15 of Arizona’s best wineries, and perusing artwork from over 100 local, regional and world-renowned artists. March 21-22: 25th Annual Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival
Celebrating its 25th year on Saturday, March 21 – Sunday, March 22, 2026, is the iconic Camp Verde Pecan & Wine Festival. Hosted by the Verde Valley Wine Consortium and the Town of Camp Verde – whose two prime tourism draws include (you guessed it!) wine and pecans – the two day FREE festival will feature over 15 of the state’s best wineries, local breweries, a variety of local food trucks, live music, local artisans and an extremely competitive pecan pie contest.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 21 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 22 in downtown Camp Verde (75 E. Hollamon St., Camp Verde, AZ 86322). Entry to the festival – for all ages – is free. Wine tasting tickets (for attendees 21+) are available for $20 in advance (or $25/person at the door) by visiting www.verdevalleywine.org or https://www.strideevents.com/events/camp-verde-pecan-and-wine-festival/2026/tickets.
March 28: Rosé Disco Wine Festival
Rosé is getting its own day, and it’s Saturday, March 28, 2026. From 1 – 7 p.m. the Tempe Beach Park will be transforming into a sea of pink and white as the Rosé Disco Wine Festival hosts its inaugural entry onto U.S. soil. The all-day celebration of all things pink will include over 20+ iconic wineries from across the globe, chef pop-ups including the likes of Prince Street Pizza and Cala Scottsdale, live DJ sets from Zerb, Frank Walker, Telykast, me n ü, and Ryan Sheppad, Instagrammable photo activations with bubble guns and pink umbrellas, VIP tables, and much more.
