Avante is a gated neighborhood in the Talon Retreat at Grayhawk. The homes and lots in this community are more extensive than many in the area and rest along the twelfth and fifteenth fairways of the exceptional Talon Golf Course. Active residents in the community appreciate the pristine amenities, including picnic areas, tennis courts, community pools, and play areas for the children that are all connected via miles of walking and biking trails. The community is made even more attractive to parents of school-aged children with the service of Grayhawk Elementary,  Mountain Trail Middle School, and Pinnacle High School for an excellent K-12 public education.

Avante was built in the early 2000s by the award-winning T.W. Lewis Homes company. Three floorplans were offered to buyers that ranged in size from 2,700 to 3,300 square feet. Three and four bedrooms were the typical offering, while the full bathroom count mirrored the bedrooms with an additional partial bathroom or powder room added for convenience. Lots in the community mostly range from a quarter of an acre to a third allowing for outdoor living space and a swimming pool if desired.

The price range for Avante starts at over $1.1M for the non-course lots and realistically at $1.5 for lots along the golf course. The top end for this small community is nearly $2M for the most ideally located homes overlooking the course and with the highest quality finishes. Association fees of over $2K a year are used to provide maintenance and care for the community features and common area amenities.
