The Arroyo Vista neighborhood in Gainey Ranch is a smaller community of only sixty-one detached houses offering resort-style living at its finest. Many of the homes offer a bit of a view of the front nine holes on the Arroyo golf course. In addition, the area provides excellent access to the 101 Pima Freeway and Scottsdale Road for surface street access to many local features, including Kierland Commons, Talking Stick Resort, Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden.

The houses in Arroyo Vista range in size from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet and typically have three or four bedrooms. The bathroom count will vary from three to four, with an optional half bath or powder room in some cases. These homes are designed to make the most of the indoor/outdoor living so popular in the Scottsdale community. Abundant sunshine makes outdoor entertaining and dining a frequent activity, and these homes offer all the space needed to enjoy luxurious al fresco dining and relaxing.

The location and age of the homes in Arroyo Vista will have a great impact on the pricing. Built in the 1990s, many houses are ready for a significant renovation and are selling at the lower end of the pricing spectrum.
