The Italiano to Offer The Feast of the Seven Fishes Holiday Meal Nov. 30-Dec. 30

Chef Joey’s Maggiore’s newest concept, The Italiano, is offering a way for diners to celebrate the holidays with a nod to Italy. From Nov. 30-Dec. 30, the locale will offer a special holiday The Feast of the Seven Fishes menu option alongside its regular menu.
The Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian American celebration of Christmas Eve that features seven different seafood dishes. The tradition originates in Southern Italy.
The Italiano’s menu includes:
- Polenta & Prawns Fra Diavola – Charred jumbo prawns, creamy polenta, spicy red wine sauce
- Fritto Misto – Shrimp, calamari, fennel, zucchini blossoms, dusted with flour and fried
- Seafood Salad – Clams, PEI mussels, calamari, shrimp, scallops, charred octopus, shaved fennel, warm potatoes, olives, parsley, citrus oil, Calabrian chili oil
- Rigatoni alla Vodka & Prawns – Jumbo prawns, onions, Calabrian chili, San Marzano tomato paste, vodka, cream, pecorino
- Seafood Cioppino – Clams, mussels, scallops, calamari, jumbo shrimp, seabass, roasted garlic wine sauce, linguini
- Shrimp Parmigiana – Herb breaded prawns, Parmigiana, San Marzano tomato herb sauce
- Stuffed Swordfish – Chargrilled, stuffed with salame, Auricchio provolone, herb breadcrumbs, currants, toasted pine nuts, braised in a lemon caper sauce
- Lobster Ravioli – Butter poached Maine lobster, herb whipped mascarpone, cognac lobster bisque demi
