Chaparral High School
Chaparral High School is a public high school located in Scottsdale, Arizona, part of the Scottsdale Unified School District. Known for its academic rigor and strong extracurricular programs, the school serves students from grades 9 through 12. Established in 1972, Chaparral has a tradition of academic excellence and offers a variety of Advanced Placement (AP) and honors courses to challenge students. The school’s athletic teams, known as the Firebirds, are competitive in a range of sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and swimming. In addition to sports, Chaparral High School has robust arts programs, clubs, and activities that engage students in theater, music, and community service. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Chaparral High School is known for its active community involvement, preparing students for college and future careers.
