Uchi Scottsdale’s Chef Collaboration Dinner | September
Uchi Scottsdale is proud to announce its 2026 chef collaboration dinner series, continuing its tradition of hosting the region’s most innovative culinary voices for a series of one-night-only experiential menus. Starting this June, Uchi Scottsdale Chef de Cuisine Blake Luecke will welcome a diverse lineup of partners to blend their unique flavors with Uchi’s signature Japanese cuisine.
Concluding the series is the Executive Chef Moniqe Quinonez of the family-owned Chula Seafood’s Uptown location. The fishery and restaurant is dedicated to bringing boat-to-table seafood from the coast of San Diego to the Arizona desert. Chef Moniqe brings a deep passion for fish fabrication and seafood education to the table. The final collaboration will showcase the exceptional quality of sustainable fresh catch, merging Chula’s expert seafood handling with Uchi’s delicate Japanese preparations.
