There’s a new pet service in town—Woofie’s of Scottsdale & Paradise Valley.
This new location, launched by local Jill Dunican, brings the national brand’s full suite of professional pet-care services to the area, offering options including mobile dog grooming, in-home pet sitting, dog walking, pet taxi services, and customized concierge-level care. A Pampered Puppy Program includes savings on grooming services and puppy training, as well as a special rate on a professional photo session.
Beyond just dogs, Woofie’s cares for dogs, cats, birds, lizards, ferrets, and other pets.
“Woofie’s is unique in that we are a full‑service, white‑glove pet concierge,” Dunican says.
Dunican, who brings decades of marketing experience and years of global project‑management leadership to Woofie’s—a brand which launched in 2004, has been franchising since 2008, and now has 72 locations nationwide—says she is committed to building a service “rooted in trust, communication, and genuine connection.”
Real-Time Communication
The services offered by Woofie’s include real-time updates through the company’s app, where pet parents can message their sitter or the admin team, track GPS‑verified visits, and receive photos and detailed service reports after each appointment. The staff all undergo background checks, and all services are GPS‑tracked.
Part of the Community
Dunican is looking forward to being a part of, as well as helping, the community. As part of the company’s mission to support animals, she has already pledged ongoing support to local nonprofit Foothills Animal Rescue throughout the year. As part of this commitment, she is sponsoring the rescue’s Summer Photo Contest, which celebrates adoptable pets and shines a spotlight on the animals who need loving homes.
Woofie’s is also hosting and/or sponsoring a series of dog-friendly community events. There were several events already in March. Upcoming events include:
