Cala Scottsdale, the hip locale serving up modern coastal cuisine at the Senna House Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale, just unveiled its Cala Grand experience. Offered every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through May 3, it’s “a luxury weekend ritual designed for discerning brunchers seeking an indulgent escape.”

Choose your favorites from a gourmet buffet that features rotating, chef-driven stations. Highlights include fresh seafood, handcrafted pastas, robata skewers, a prosciutto wheel, avocado toast and dip stations, and brunch favorites. Adding a playful spin are indulgences like a cookies and milk tower, a dessert station with a fondue fountain, gelato, soft-serve tiramisu martinis, and a spritz station.

Beyond the food and drinks, the upscale brunch atmosphere gets festive with a live DJ, celebratory sparkler moments, and a themed patio bar.

The experience is $65 per person.

Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, the vibrant concept from acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, has officially launched a new bottomless brunch experience—bringing unlimited shared plates, Latin-inspired flavors, and lively weekend energy to the table.

Available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., it begins with a shared platter. From there, you can order limited shared plates—refilled two at a time. The lineup blends Toro’s signature Latin flair with brunch favorites, featuring items such as sweet corn empanadas with Oaxaca cheese and chimichurri, chilaquiles topped with fried eggs, avocado toast with whipped burrata and esquites, churro French toast with cajeta and berries, and chifa-style fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and carnitas.

Brunch cocktails—including mimosas, Bloody Marys, and micheladas—are $8 each with the bottomless brunch. On Saturdays, a DJ spins from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., adding a lively soundtrack to the indulgent weekend experience.

Brunch is $45 per person, and there is a two-hour time limit per experience.

This modern Mexican destination in Old Town Scottsdale has launched brunch, with a fiesta twist. Offered every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., expect bold flavors, playful twists on classics, and of course, tequila.

The a la carte menu features choices such as breakfast tacos (potato, oaxaca, fried avocado, and a side of house hash; $11.95), churro French toast (brioche, dulce de leche drizzle, strawberries, and bacon; $13.45), and papas locas breakfast (eggs, potato, creamy beans, choice of protein, oaxaca, sour cream, and salsa; $14.95).

Popular neighborhood destination The Henry debuts its new North Scottsdale location on March 18. Serving modern American fare, the concept offers an easygoing yet polished experience, bringing The Henry’s signature all-day dining, coffee-forward mornings, and social atmosphere to the area. There’s everything from a walk-up coffee bar for fast-casual breakfast, freshly made pastries and coffee drinks, lunch and dinner daily, weekday happy hour—and the brand’s signature weekend brunch.

Well-known for its elegant evening menu, Nobu Scottsdale at Scottsdale Fashion Square is elevating weekend mornings with a new weekend brunch service, offered every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The carefully curated brunch menu from the restaurant by lauded chef Nobu Matsuhisa features an à la carte selection of brunch dishes and beloved Nobu signatures.

There’s banana French toast ($16), Jidori chicken and waffles ($45), and steak and eggs toban ($52), alongside Nobu favorites such as yellowtail jalapeno ($36), black cod with miso ($48), A5 Wagyu dumplings ($48), and a selection of premium sushi and nigiri.

Complementing the culinary experience, a lineup of refreshing brunch cocktails and mocktails offer another layer of enticing flavors.

Love sake? The Japanese Bloody Mary ($21) is made with Hokusetsu Junmai Sake, housemade mix, serrano peppers, and cilantro.
