The locale is known for its locally sourced ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and a refined, design-forward setting. Happy hour, which is offered from 4:30 to 6 p.m. daily (closed Mondays) pairs inventive small plates with handcrafted cocktails.
“We wanted to bring the same energy from our dining room into the bar—lively, flavorful, and easy to enjoy,” says Tom Kaufman, owner of Kaufman Hospitality. “Happy hour should feel like an escape, not an afterthought. It’s casual, but with Elvira’s twist that makes it something special.”

Seduction ($10) – A blend of tequila, Ancho Reyes Poblano, strawberry, cucumber, lime, serrano, and prosecco.

Golden Ember ($10) – Combines Aguamiel, Ancho Reyes Verde, lime, pineapple, and orange for a warm, tropical profile.
