After more than two years since it was announced that a CATCH restaurant would be opening in Scottsdale, the doors are finally open.
CATCH Scottsdale—the seventh location for the renowned restaurant—officially opened on Fri., Sept. 19 at Scottsdale Fashion Square, joining outposts in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, and Dallas. The famed restaurant from Catch Hospitality Group (CHG) features modern renditions of classic dishes across seafood, sushi, and steak offerings.

The Decor
This newest location spans approximately 11,700 square feet and offers a West Coast-inspired palette and a nod to Desert Modernism with its reds, terracotta, and classic CATCH green. Textures found in the desert mix with limestone, tile, and wood lattice to create a lighter, airer feel. Overall, the vibe is understated luxury.
The Food & Drinks
CATCH Scottsdale embraces the brand’s distinguished Japanese sushi and Wagyu program. The menu features premier selections from Tokyo’s Toyosu market and a variety of Japanese Wagyu offerings, including the interactive, tableside Japanese Wagyu Hot Rock Experience. Many of the brand’s classics—such as the signature CATCH Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Spicy Gigli, and Cantonese Lobster—are also featured, as are locally influenced menu items. Gluten-free and vegan options are also availalbe.
The brand’s attention to detail extneds to the beverage program, which includes a bespoke martini service, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated selection of globally sourced wines.
The restaurant is open for dinner only.
