Many Scottsdale restaurants are rolling out new seasonal menus–and from the sneak peeks we’ve gotten, these are the food items and cocktails to try.

Sweet Corn Tortelloni and Rosa Chiaro at The Italiano

The Italiano by Chef Joey, chef Joey Maggiore’s stunning Italian restaurant, rolled out a new summer menu. It spans appetizers, soups and salads, pastas, steaks, cocktails, and more, and while all impress, we say to try the Sweet Corn Tortelloni, which is made with ricotta, mascarpone, sweet corn, and brown butter sage sauce. We’re also loving the Rosa Chiaro, a drink made with gin, rhubarb, seltzer, and guava champagne foam. 9301 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260
