The cult-favorite brand Insomnia Cookies is now open in Old Town Scottsdale.
The location, at 4417 N. Saddlebag Trail, marks the company’s first in Scottsdale.
“Insomnia Cookies offers freshly baked cookies that are always served warm, no matter what time of day as the bakery is open until 1 a.m. on weekdays and until 3 a.m. on weekends,” says Sailyn Zuniga, district manager, Insomnia Cookies. “Because Old Town has such a vibrant scene and nightlife, we knew it was the perfect location to cater to our late-night customers seeking sweet treats.”
The cookies are available in-store or via delivery.
“The new bakery also has a line of premium ice cream that has our cookies mixed right into it, which is perfect as we’re gearing up for those warm spring and summer months, especially in Arizona!” says Zuniga. “Customers can fully customize their experience with us, whether it be a combination of warm cookies and cold ice cream to create a Cookie’wich (ice cream sandwiched between two cookies of your choice) or enjoying each one separately.”
In addition to its staple menu, there are also limited-time flavor releases throughout the year. Current specials include:
- Cookies ‘N Cream Classic: A fan favorite with Insomnia Cookies’ classic cookie dough mixed with chocolate sandwich cookies and Hershey’s® Premier White Chips.
- Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie: A crunchy, gooey Cookies ‘N Cream cookie, made with Hershey’s ® Premier White Chips, baked into a decadent, fudgy brownie base.
The Scottsdale location is the latest in Insomnia Cookies’ rapid expansion across the country, especially in the Southwest. There are also other Arizona locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Chandler.
