The Armonico neighborhood is a larger group of houses built by Centex Homes in the late 1990s. With nearly two hundred homes in the community, there are nine floorplans to choose from when purchasing in Armonico. The community is family-oriented and enjoys having the McDowell Mountain Ranch community center within walking distance. This proximity makes it easy for families and older children to enjoy the pool and spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, and large playgrounds. Parents in the community also appreciate the easy access to the 101 Pima Freeway for commuting to downtown, ASU, or any of the business hubs in the East Valley.

The houses in Armonico range in size from just over 2,400 to more than 3,500 square feet. Six of the floorplans in the community are single-level houses, while the other three offer two-story homes. Three-car garages are standard in all the floorplans in the community. Four to six bedrooms are typical in these larger homes that provide many family-friendly features. Three or four full baths are standard, with the addition of a three-quarter bath in many homes. The standard lots are roughly a quarter acre, while the irregular ones are closer to a third of an acre. This added outdoor space has been used on many properties for outdoor living and entertaining spaces, including BBQ areas and swimming pools.

The average price for a home in the neighborhood is around $1M. However, some of the lots backing to the natural areas reach the $1.2M to $1.4M range. The amazing views, privacy, and exceptional Scottsdale Unified School District neighborhood schools keep the prices and demand for homes in Armonico increasing.
