The Desert Fairways neighborhood rests on the Desert Mountain Apache Golf Course, surrounded by the fourth, fifth, and sixth holes. Between the views of the golf course and the nearby foothills of the Continental Mountain Range, you might never want to be indoors. And with over three hundred days of sunshine in the area, you will rarely be forced inside due to poor weather. This community is ideal for active homeowners who want to enjoy tennis, golf, swimming, and hiking without leaving the gated community. And if you tire of the Apache course, six others are in the community, including CochiseGeronimo, Renegade,, and the Outlaw.

Most of the custom homes in the Desert Fairways community were constructed in the late 1990s, focusing on indoor/outdoor living at its best. Extensive patios, BBQ areas, al fresco dining, and massive pools and spas are all common features on the Desert Fairways properties. Homes in the neighborhood range from around 3,300 to nearly 4,000 square feet and usually provide three to four bedrooms. The same number of full bathrooms is typical, with the addition of a half bath or powder room in the community space. Dual master suites and split living are standard features in the neighborhood homes.

Pricing in the community ranges more than buyers might think, with the homes relatively consistent in size. However, the location and views from each lot significantly impact the prices. While some opportunities in the $1.7M range can be found, other more strategically located homes are reaching the low $3M price point.
