Once a flourishing citrus grove in the heart of the Arizona desert, today Arcadia is a charming early 20th century neighborhood known for its lush setting and distinct architecture. This is the community where Rafterhouse began and where our aesthetic values were born.

Over the years, we have expanded our reach and are now building in the Southeast Valley, North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. That said, if you’re not living in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area, and you’re interested in a custom Rafterhouse of your own, we can design houses anywhere in the world.
