The Shea North community is located just north of Shea Boulevard, facing Desert Cove Avenue. The neighborhood contains just three east-west streets intersecting with 41st Place. This cozy community offers primarily classic one-story homes that vary in style from traditional southwestern hacienda to more contemporary designs in many of the fully renovated properties. As a smaller community in the area, the construction lasted only three years, from 1987 to 1990.
