Ingredients:
1/2 Light '100 Calorie' Whole Wheat English Muffin, Toasted
1/2 Oz. 2% Sharp Cheddar, Sliced
1 Mini Babybel Light Original Cheese Wedge
1 Tbsp. PB2 - Peanut Butter 2, Prepared
1 Small Apple
3/4 C. Grapes
1 Whole Large Eggs, Hardboiled

Directions:
Toss everything in plastic or glass tupperware and refrigerate. Grab and go as needed! Pro tip: to keep apples from browning, squirt a little lemon juice on apples after slicing. Note: you can substitute regular peanut or almond butter for the PB2, which will increase the overall calorie, fat and protein content. Additionally, you can opt to add in another hard boiled egg depending on your protein requirements.
