Inchin’s Bamboo Garden features many points of pride. From its fresh menu to unique Indian/Chinese fusion cuisine, there is always something new to love about Inchin’s. The happy hour and Inchin’s catering are particularly appealing for regular visitors and for those that would like to have a party or celebrate a special event at the Scottsdale restaurant or in the customer’s own location.
Happy hour runs 5:30-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Inchin’s offers “Buy an Appetizer and a Drink from the Happy Hour Menu and get both for 50 Percent Off.” Some of the most popular drinks during happy hour are the five spice passion fruit mojito, mango sangria and ginger orange mojito. Popular menu items include the crispy chili baby corn, chicken 65, drums of heaven and dragon’s fire. Whether you stop by after work or bring in a group of friends, everyone will find something to love on the Inchin’s menu!
Catering, either on or off-site, is always in demand at Inchin’s. Owner, Jerry Matthews says, “Groups or business colleagues can gather at our restaurant to celebrate birthdays, achievements, promotions and send-off events and get a 10 percent discount for lunch, plus a cake cutting ceremony for dinner.”
On-site catering at Inchin’s can be orchestrated either indoors or out on the spacious patio. Some of the various events that the restaurant has had the pleasure to cater on and off-site include birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation parties, marriages and marriage receptions, house warming events, retirement parties, Sweet 16/Quinceaneras, business achievements, engagement parties and Indian festivals. Matthews explains, “We have a catering menu for both in- house and off-site catering events.”
Inchin’s provides full service outdoor catering which includes food, labor and rental and delivery charges (labor includes buffet counter set up, counter service, table set up, water service, clearing soiled plates/ silverware/glassware. Rental charges include chafing dishes, chafing fuel, serving spoons/tongs). It’s time to sit back, relax and leave the cooking and clean-up to the expert staff at Inchin’s.
The restaurant does not rent plates, silver or glassware. Those items must be arranged for by the customer from a rental company and Inchin’s can provide a referral, if needed. Matthews finishes, “Customers can get a full value for money if they choose full service from us. It will eliminate high prices quoted by various outside catering service providers and eliminates the stress to organizing them.”
