How to Beat the Odds & Creating a Sustainable Family Business
70% of family businesses fail to successfully transition to the next generation! In this interactive session you’ll learn the top 5 mistakes most families make that undermine their success. You’ll have a chance to assess your own situation and learn practical steps you can take to make sure your business is on a sustainable track.
The session will lead by Business Coach Pete Walsh. Coach Pete has been coaching business families nationwide for over 15 years helping them create stronger, more successful businesses and families. He spent 16 years in his family’s 80-year-old business and knows family business firsthand.
The outcomes for the session are:
A clear sense of your family’s strengths, opportunities for improvement and landmines
A clear set of next steps to strengthen your family team
A chance to learn from what other families are doing to achieve success
Have a confidential setting to learn from like-minded business professionals
A stronger sense of confidence in your business and your family
The 60-minute session will be a combination of learning new ideas and then applying them to your real-life situation so you can walk away with actionable steps to improve your business. Seating will be limited to create the right atmosphere for discussions.
